So, how much does a marquee cost?

This is the question we get asked the most. Each marquee request we receive is tailor-made to the specifics of the customer's requirements, therefore the cost can vary enormously.. As a guide, the marquee and equipment hire can cost anything between £15 - £50 per head. 

How far in advance will I need to book if I hire a marquee for my event?

Spring and Summer is our busiest time, dates within these months can be booked up to a year in advance. A six month lead time between booking and the date of the event should be sufficient, however its always best to check your dates if you have a specific weekend in mind.



• Weddings - Six to twelve months in advance
• Parties -  Three to six months in advance
• Festivals - Six months in advance

What is used on the floor of the marquee?



We can either use coir/coconut matting, carpet or a wooden sub floor base. These options are assessed on the style, budget and overall finish required. We would recommend wood flooring and carpet for formal events and coir matting for less formal events.

Do you only supply the marquee?

No, we supply pretty much anything you need for your event.
We have a standard range of furnishings, decorations, flooring and lighting, and furniture. We have an excellent list of suppliers that we use for other services i.e. catering, toilets. These can be arranged through us or indeed we can pass this information on to you to arrange yourselves.
